  My wife and I needed to have exterior work done on our Orinda home. Balustrades had to be torn of and a new wooden stair constructed as the one built in 2005 had rotted out due to poor construction.
  Jim Vivrette and his staff did an outstanding job for us. Everyone was very professional, communicated very well and scope changes were discussed and agreed to before work commenced. Steve April, who ran the day to day of the project, is a wonderful guy to work with as were all his sub trades. We are very proud of the work Altera has done for us and we would not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.
