  This is my favorite coffee place in Walnut Creek. It's especially good if you need to get out of the house, to get some work done. They welcome computers, and there are lots of outlets to plug into.
  
  The food and coffee are good. I like the selection of baked desserts, such as the giant chocolate-covered macaroons. Being Italian, myself, I especially appreciate options such as their wonderful canolis.
  
  A bit more laid-back than other Walnut Creek cafes, but still a great spot for people watching.
