  Don't waste your time here. I attempted to make an appointment by phone(their phone number is no longer in service), then tried to make one online (website just kept "processing"), so when I finally went to the actual store I was told to come back at 12 for an appointment (it was 11:30 at this point), I came back at 12 and was told the lady was running "a little bit behind", by 12:15 I took their suggestion to just wax my eyebrows instead of threading, but when I sat down the lady said I needed to wait 12min because it would make more sense to thread them. I get up out of the chair and wait 15more minutes, when I am approached and told, AGAIN, that the lady was going to be longer than the 15min they promised multiple times. I was incredibly busy this day, with my one year old in tow, and this was my FIRST experience at this location which I made extremely clear. I got up once I found out the lady whom my appointment was with wasn't going to be there any time soon, and KNOWING I had been waiting over an hour, there was just an apology. No "I can call you as soon as she gets in", NO "we will give you a discount for your next service for this horrible customer service", NOTHING. Completely unprofessional and a complete waste of over an HOUR of my time waiting with NO SERVICE.. Will not EVER recommend or ever be back.
