  One of their employees burned me with tca and left deep burn marks after she told me my tatoo would fade better if the laser could perform on fresh virgin skin, I guess she didn't see the acid running down my sides and I kept telling her it was burning...apparently "that's part of the process". Finally she saw what I was talking about and instantly started putting stuff on it, well I guess it was too late because my whole lower back looks like I know have stretch marks and fire burns!!! 2 weeks later I came back, they actually had the nerve to tell me they could fix it...but I would have to pay $3600 for about 18 treatments. well after a year of getting no responses on them fixing the mess they made or even getting my money back for the previous package I paid for AND getting put on hold just for nobody to pick back up, I finally got a lawyer yesterday. I highly recommend you find a Dr that knows what he's doing instead of a nurse.
  
  Also the Asian girl at the front desk seriously could not have been any ruder...
