  I come here because of ease and proximity to my normal errands but the service is spotty at best. Not overly helpful or knowledgeable at times. I find things out of stock frequently. Sometimes long lines.

  Having to beg for help from the four guys SITTING behind the shipping area is absurd at best. Then when I found a box, and finally told the guy I wanted to ship it. He said "We are.the most expensive way to ship." Ok. I left. No more OfficeMax for us!
