  Great studio that is always tidy and a pleasure to be in. All the staff members are nice and put their heart and soul into the workouts. I sometimes need modifications in the workout due to pregnancy and the ladies always instruct me on how to manipulate the movements to be comfortable for me as well as work out the appropriate muscle. I will definitely continue attending the classes well into my pregnancy and after recovery. Thank you Andrea for opening up this amazing studio! Keep up the great work ladies!
