  Very disappointed in the service at this location. I should have known the first of 2 times I used their services, the lady at the front let a customer walk out without even acknowleding his presence. The second time I rushed home from work, not noticing the time of store hours...it was 6:13 to be exact, I opened the door only to hear a voice from the back - same lady sitting down and exclaiming they were closed. I only needed to pick up my dry cleaning so I asked her if I could just pick up- wouldn't have been a transaction because I already paid. It simply would have only been a good move for customer service. Her answer was simply "no". Not even a "sorry". They also have no assigned parking for drop off/pick up in a very limited parking area. I'm not sure what your work days look like, but mine start before 9am and with traffic end after 6pm. Check out the hours before you drop off and don't expect any welcoming smiles or thank you's if you do!
