  I ordered furniture for almost 20,000 for the entire home. I thought the quality was high, however, I was mistaken. The sectional sofa, alone cost 5800.00 is used by only 2 people, no pets, no kids, and only occasionally since we both work alot. The sofa looks as if it's 5 years old already. The fabric is frayed, the buttons are popping off, the sides of the sofa are stretched out and the fabric is no longer tight. The pillow cushions are deflated looking now. We've owned the sofa for 7 months. I'm afraid to think how it will look in a couple of years. I contacted customer support and they want photos etc, but will not replace the actual sofa. I was on hold for 45 minutes. Poor customer service. More upsetting, I purchased this sofa since it is 100% made in the USA. This is embarrassing as cheap china furniture holds up better.

  Arhaus Cadence chairs - discovered that the floor protectors that they use on their chairs made divots on my cork floors- they're almost shaped like triangles. I weigh 125 pounds. Company says this is due to "normal use" and they won't assist.
